With two cutting-edge facilities capable of processing 16,500 tonnes of fruit, we’re gearing up for another exciting vintage — and we’re looking for both Experienced and Entry Level Vintage Cellar Hands to join our 2026 Harvest Team at our Waihopai River and Leefield Station wineries.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Vintage Cellar Hand, you’ll be hands-on in daily winery operations, supporting our winemaking team with tasks such as:
- Fruit receival and processing
- Juice and wine transfers
- Additions and inoculations
- Juice clarification and ferment management
- General cellar and equipment cleaning
- Forklift operation
- RDV filter operation
Applicants for the Experienced Cellar Hand positions must have at least 2 vintages of experience. Prior work in a mid-to-large Marlborough winery is a bonus.
Contract Details
- Fixed-term roles (minimum 8 weeks), starting late February 2026 (final dates confirmed early 2026)
- Hourly rate: $25–$32, based on experience
- International applicants must hold a valid work visa
